List
Management
Before an email broadcast can begin, you need to provide us
with an email address list(s). We import the list into our
email delivery system and remove all duplicates. Email messages
that cannot be delivered after 4 tries will be marked for deletion
and removed from the list. All new subscribers are automatically
added to the email list and current subscribers always have the option to unsubscribe.
Email
Message Composition
Included in the initial set-up is the composition of a
HTML template to match your existing web site or printed material. Your template will include links that will allow new subscribers to automatically join your mailing list and allow current subscribers to opt-out and unsubscribe from your list any time.
To accommodate recipients that have images turned off in their email client program or with email clients that cannot read HTML messages there will be a link to an alternate web-based version at the top of the email message.
Once the template has been completed, the content
of the actual message will be added to the template.
Email Delivery
After the initial set-up and message composition has been completed,
your will receive a test message for you to review. No delivery
will take place until you have approved the entire campaign.
Monitoring and Reporting
At the end of each broadcast, you will receive a summary report
listing the number of subscriber cancellations, non-valid email
addresses, subscribers that opened your email, new subscribers
and how many recipients clicked through to your web site. We
are also able to provide customized campaign reports to suit
your specific requirements or campaign needs.

Additional Identity Work
Our full service email marketing program includes the creation of a template to match your existing brand identity. For custom templates requiring additional identity work beyond matching the look and feel of your existing web site or printed material, we offer custom consulting and design services for a rate of $105.00 an hour, available on an as needed basis.
Requirements
To take advantage of our full service email marketing program,
we require that customers supply original ar work including
their logo, any non-standard typefaces or other elements of
their corporate identity, which they would like incorporated
into their email message template.
