Email Express Direct® is strongly committed to preventing SPAM or unsolicited commercial emails from being sent through the use of our system and takes very seriously the abuse of the system by registered or non-registered users.
Email Express Direct expressly forbids the use of email lists containing addresses obtained through means other than an individual or group's knowing and voluntary request to receive email communications from an individual, group or organization. This may be acquiring their email address through a sign-up form in a store or web site, through previous purchases, business acquaintances or other personal relationships.
Forms of email address acquisition that are not appropriate are:

Unsubscribing from email lists
Our system automatically generates an unsubscribe link in every outgoing message sent from Email Express Direct. If you receive a message that does not have an unsubscribe link, it did not originate from Email Express Direct. You can verify this by viewing the detailed header information of the email and doing a reverse DNS look up.
Email recipients who click the unsubscribe link will be brought to our own unsubscribe page located within our Email Express Direct system and automatically removed from sender's list.
Abuse of the Anti-SPAM Statement or
Anti-Spam Terms of Usage
To report suspected abuse or violations of our policies, please
send email to abuse@emailexpressdirect.com.
Also include an attached unedited copy of the message you feel
was received in error or without your permission. Also include
any email header information or other notes or comments you
feel are applicable to helping us determine the origin of the
message. Any registered user of Email Express Direct deemed
to be in violation of these policies will automatically be disqualified
from any future use of Email Express Direct without attempt
to be made at compensation.
Anti-Spam Terms of Usage
All registered senders making use of Email Express Direct must agree to the following terms of use regarding the recipients to which they send email and the content of the messages sent to said recipients.
Registered users of Email Express Direct are ONLY allowed to use email addresses obtained from customers who have voluntarily and knowingly expressed a desire to receive email communications from the sender. Unsolicited commercial email or SPAM sent to anyone without his or her permission will not be tolerated and could result in the termination of sender's account.
Registered users of Email Express Direct cannot use our system to harass, annoy, slander, threaten, falsely represent themselves or others or in any way violate the legal rights of an individual, group, or organization.
Registered users of Email Express Direct cannot use our system to distribute objectionable or illegal material of any kind including but not limited to copyrighted, trademarked or other wise rights protected material or messages that contain or link to pornographic or sexually explicit content, racially or ethnically objectionable content, content that directly or indirectly promotes the use of any illegal substances, content that violates laws or regulations designed to protect minors. Email Express Direct reserves the right to restrict the usage of the Email Express Direct system by any individual or organization deemed in violation of this policy.
